Training Information:

I believe the better physical condition one is in, the higher their quality of life will be.

Functional training (the ability to perform everyday activities without cause or concern) is an integral part of this process which I incorporate into all of my program designs.

Balance training, using one’s own body weight, and cardiovascular conditioning are just a few examples.

Utilizing free weights, weight machines, plyometrics, stability ball, body weight, tubing and anything else I can get my hands on!

Affordable Pricing:

One hour sessions: $50 each
Thirty minute sessions: $35 each
